in one of my computers, whenever I'm opening a folder that
contains mpeg02 file, the mouse strating to behave wierd and "not-easy".
Why is that ??? probebly a codec thing but what ???

I can't recall the technical term, but you might have video preview turned on for your folders (you can see a small preview of the video before you click on it). That's something you can try to turn off in folder views. I'm guessing Mpeg2 preview is more CPU intensive and you can see it when you move your mouse, especially if you are sharing interrupts between devices.
I wish I could be of more help, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
