  1. I have a video file that's a video_ts and also vts_01_0. I was wondering if I need to convert it to anything to burn it onto a DVD+R. Thank you!

Depends on how and where you wish to view this file after it's burnt.

I don't have a DVD player for my TV so I want to watch it on my Playstation. Usually, I can burn a movie onto a DVD+R disc using Nero as making my own video and it'll play on my Playstation. But most of the time those files were MPEGs or AVIs. But this file is already a Viideo_TS...which is what kind of file the MPEGs and AVIs convert to after I burn them.

If it's complete (the video package) you can just use nero to burn. Burn it as a data disc. Make sure the disc structure is similiar to what you're used to seeing in DVD-Video Burns and everything should work out fine.
