Hello!
I just wanna know if it's possible to burn OGG file to a dvd cd. Maybe i should mention that the files have subtitle that i would like to keep.

What you have is an OGM file (ogg is audio, ogm is audio visual).
Try this guide here: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=222005
The guide deals with subtitles as well as OGM to DVD.
Hope this helps. Peace.“He who makes a beast of himself gets rid of the pain of being a man.” -
ogg and ogm are two different things, although I do agree it does sound like an ogm.
ogg is both audio and video, it is just that the most commonly found ogg files only contain vorbis audio.
To burn, simply start an iso data compilation in say nero, drag the files over and burn.
