  1. My system is infected with this kind of virus. I have zonealarm antivirus and can't delete nor repair nor quarantine this virus. It says I need an archiving software to get rid of this. Does anybody know what or where I can get this archiving software? Thanks.

Have you tried using the free online virus scanner at trendmicro.com? If not try using it to scan your pc. Also you could download and install FREE AVG antivirus software.

I would try Avast home, it is much better than AVG in just about every respect, and in my experience, picks up a lot more trojans and infections than AVG. It is licensed free to home users

AVAST will catch it -- it is not seen by all virus programs though - see this test (not all programs call this by the same name)

  7. I'm back. Tried avg to scan my system and says no virus found. Tried avast and found viruses. Moved to virus chest and deleted infected files. Shall I delete also the system files in virus chest? Thanks.
