  1. Most all DivX I get are 25fps or like... when I encode with TMPGEnc I select an NTSC template with 29.97fps seems to work well enough for me... but when encoding the same DivX files with CCE SP 2.5 I don't see how I can choose NTSC. Is this possible to do before I load into CCE without getting the audio synch problem? I just wanted to compare TMPGEnc and CCE.

You know CCE isn't as feature rich as TMPG. CCE comes with almost zero filters. TMPG changes the framerate if you like, save a TMPG project, convert with VFAPI, load as videosource into CCE.
Or change the fps with Avisynth / VirtualDub and frameserve to CCE.
There were several "change framerate" topics the last days, use the forum search.
