    Hi
    I'm new to this site, so hello to all.
    I have a very basic question. I'd like to be able to lower the resolution of mpeg2 movi files from 480x480 to maybe half the size. I downloaded the TMPEGEnc MPEG Editor trial version, which is fully functional for 14 days. I used that to edit the mpeg file and remove unwanted frames. However it does not give me the option to change the resolution. Is there a good software that allows lowering resolution?

    For resize you will need these tools: TMPGEnc Xpress or TMPGEnc Plus

    Resize to 352x480 using Lacsos-3
