I have .tivo files I have pulled over to my computer using tivo to go.
I am trying to edit out the commercials and keep a backup of the shows.
I have run graphedit on the files and have the unencrypted mpegs.
I tried using primier and was able to edit out the comercails, however when I try and save the new file adobe crashes and the file it created is about 500+ mb (for about 5 minutes of show) (the orginal file is only 1.5 gb)
I have also tried to use tmpgenc, but tmpgenc says the file (unecrypted mpeg) is not valid and will not open it.
I have tried to find info on how to do this on here, through google and also a few other sites and cant really find what I am looking for.
Any help is apprciated!
Thanks!

Try MPEGVCR, videoredo, cuttermaran, or MVW?
