Any way to skip finalizing on DR-M10 and still import to PC?

Is there any way to skip finalizing on the JVC DR-M10 and still be able to use the video on my PC? Right now, I use DVD-RW's formated in video mode, finalize, then use DVD Decrypter to read VOB's and import to Womble MPEG Video Wizard. Does anyone know of a way to skip the finalization part?

You can only do it if you record in VR mode or use RAM discs.
