i searched and could not find a specific soft that can help to delay the audio in order to synch with the video.

Basically, you have to take A + V apart, adjust the audio (add some silence or cut some off at the start) then put it back together again. What tools to use depends on what kind of video we're talking about. There's no General Purpose Audio Sync Fix app.

  5. If this is an AVI you have, you can do it without demuxing. Open the video in Nandub (or any of the other Dubs). If using Nandub, Set Video for Direct Stream Copy, then go Audio->Interleaving->Audio Skew Correction->Delay Audio Track By xxx ms, and then File->Save As AVI, give it a new name and wait a minute or 2. If the audio is MP3, leave the Preload and Interleaving at default values. If the audio is AC3, then maybe set both for 96 ms.

I assume you had a good avi that was edited and then went out of sync.I found that taking the avi as is and making an mpeg 2 out of it,and then editing the mpeg with videoredo eliminates any sync problems.

With video redo you don't have to demux. If you only have 1 mpeg to do,get the trial version if there is one.
