    I want to cut out the commercials of a football game that has dual-streams.

    Is this possible?

    Do you mean multiple audio streams ???

    https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?guideid=638&howtoselect=3;6#638 might assist. I'd use TMPGEnc DVD Author to convert the VOBs back to an MPEG for you, then use either MPEG-VCR or VideoRedo to do your edits.
