Hello,
I am trying to put scanned manga (comics) onto a dvd so that my friends can read them on their dvd player.
I am thinking of something similar to a slideshow, but the page will be larger than the screen, so I want it to be able to let the viewer pan by using the dvd remote or by an on screen button. Also I want it able to zoom in or out if the viewer wants to. Then the viewer can go to the next page when they
are done reading by hitting a button.
Does anyone know of a way to do this? Please? Any help is appreciated.

What you are describing has come to be called the "Ken Burns Effect" since he uses it so prominently in his documentaries. There are many programs that will do this, the one I use is stagetools Moving Picture.
Google on "Ken Burns Effect" and you'll find other applications.
I don't know of a way to do this interactivley on a DVD player.
