    im attempting to burn a video of my band we made that is an AVI video into a NTSC VCD using tmpgenc, but i when i encode it, the video turn really choppy, i really dont know what to do, I have the latest version of tmpgenc and im running Windows XP
    PS:I have converted the sound into wav using goldwave
