  1. I read somewhere that DVD-R is prefered for video. I just bought a pack of DVD+R's and I'm just using them to burn mpeg4 AVI files. Would DVD-R have been better or does it matter for AVI files or does it even matter for video in general?

  2. nope no difference, juz compatbility....but it won't matter for u cos u playing it on your computer i'm guessing!

  7. gotta tell you using dvd+rw and not having to finalise as you do with dvd-rw is a real bonus.

    Agree!! but i prefer +R because i can change the booktype to dvd-rom so players read them the same as a pressed dvd 8)
