Is it possible to transcode dvdsimple source using several audio codecs simultaniously.
I'd like to convert my DVD's to transport streams with both MP2 audio and AC3 audio tracks.
Is it possible? If yes, then how and if not, then could you suggest any workaround?

I Believe Mpeg2Vcr has an option to convert Program Streams to TS files. I can do it with ProjectX, but it seems to require a Demux of the VOB(s), then a Remux into regular MPEG2 files, then back in ProjectX to convert to TS.
Unfortunately, I don't know enough about VLC to help you out in that regard.
