Sorry if this is the wrong place for this.
I downloaded ImgTool for Nero version 6.0. However when I start ImgTool up, I get an error that says it can't find the NeroAPI.dll. I've uninstalled, redownloaded, and reinstalled, and I just can't figure it out.
Any help is appreciated.

You do have Nero Burning Rom installed right?
You should actually just ditch ImgTool altogether and use ImgTools Classic instead since it uses its own API. I wouldn't trust Nero's if I were you.
