It seems I selected everything I need from sound track to subtitle and codec for compression.
The preview doesn't show subtitle. I thought it is just the preview problem. The resultant avi file doesn't show it either. Poor me. I had to wait 4 hours.
Using #1 DVD Ripper, the subtitle is there (I could quit to check the ouput anytime). The resultant avi includes black bands on top and bottom of the frame, on which the subtitle is placed.
Auto GK output, however, cropped off the black bands, leaving only the main movie frame, without subtitle. Can you explain me why or where did i go wrong?.

Possible that the autocrop feature cropped off the black. Also possible that it was never there, that #1 DVD Ripper was converting via dshow and the subtitle renderer inserted them.
