I'm not sure what you are asking. Most 'commercial grade' software has it's own built-in encoder if it offers mpeg output. Many are mainconcept based. If you don't want vobs, why not just use the gui version of HCenc to produce mpeg-2 output. All it needs is a simple avisynth script to load the file.

What Im Asking For Is You Know How AVI2DVD Is Easy To Use And Has Free-Enc HC-Enc Qu-Enc And Nu-Enc Built In I Want Something As Easy As It To Use But... That Out Puts As MPEG2 Not Vob

    BTW Which Is The Best

    Free-Enc
    QU-Enc
    NU-ENC
    HC-Enc

They all output mpeg files, so any of them will do what you want. All of them are easy to use. Both QuEnc and HCenc have their fans, although HCenc may be better at low bit rates. You could also look at bbmpeg and avi2mpeg as well.

I guess easy is up to you. Most one click solutions are aimed at DVD output nowadays, so maybe you have to be happy with something that is still simple, but takes a couple of extra steps (e.g. FitCD ->AVS->HCenc->mpeg)
