    hello everyone, i know that this is a Yahoo! problem, but i dont know how to contact the Yahoo! help. so i want to ask the pros, the people here at VideoHelp.com...

    when i try to play the music videos on Yahoo! Launch, at first it said it was configuring my Windows Media Player, so im like ok, and then it says to click the "I see the video" tab when i see the video clip. so i wait, i go to sleep, wake up, still no video clip. but just for the hell of it, i click "I see the video". then when the music videos tries to play, a window pops up saying that there is a technical error and that i should use this error code when reporting to Yahoo! Help --> 15 80040241... that is of course if i can find Yahoo! Help. so i was wondering, would any of you know how to fix a problem like this, thanks

    I get a similar thing. Looks like a Firefox issue, but I'm just guessing.

    i dont think it is, i tried it with IE, and RealPlayer's browser...
