How do I make the menu which I made in DVD Lab loop smoothly during playback? This menu is set to run infinitely that's why after 30 seconds which is the length of the video I use for the menu, it will pause maybe for about 5 seconds and then repeat the playback.

All DVDs do this. The best way to hide this is to have the video end simulating a "still" image, thus hiding the switch back to the beginning.

I know that but this one I made, the pause I think is longer than the regular/commercial dvds, maybe longer than the 5 seconds I mentioned.

  4. Dont go past 10 seconds, it takes time to keep loading and reload the clip. Its dependent on your DVD player if it can handle it on the fly like that, 30 seconds is pushing it.
    Quality is my policy.

I have shorter motion menu which is 11 seconds long and it's behaving the same thing, so I wonder if making it 1 second shorter just like what you mentioned would make that much difference.

By the way, I played this dvd in 2 different players, a pioneer and a samsung. Both played the dvd the same way.

It is probably that your player is slower to read from burned disks that pressed (commercial) disks. Again, there is little you can do to fix this as it is player dependent. You could try different disks to see if your player reads a particular brand better.
