    I'm thinking of buying a LG LDA-530 from onlybestrated.com. They have for $79.99. As far as I know you can't get that model in the states. It sounds like a great dvix player. Opinions please......

    LDA 530 is a good player but has a sensitive dvd reader which I found very frustrating to use. Get dust on the dvd and xvid videos would show display corruption or the movie will start skipping.

    LDA530=LG99xxx which is available in the states.

    To comment on onlybestrated, they sold me a rj tech dvd recorder, it went kaflooey after 4 months , replced it and were very curtious.

    They are in Toronto and I am in Victoria BC to add information.
    PAL/NTSC problem solver.
    USED TO BE A UK Equipment owner., NOW FINISHED WITH VHS CONVERSIONS-THANKS

    I have the LG LDA-531 and haven't had any problems. It could very well be the best DIVX player out there. You can read my short review of it in the DVD Player section.

    I wouldn't buy anything from RJTech. I've heard nothing but problems with all their players.
