Xvid Editing with multipass compression

I am looking for a Video Editing program that allows some edting (cutting out clips).

And it must have multi pass (5 passes) output to xvid.

I Tried Virtualdub and nandub, but bad outputs.

Thanks, this will help me not downloading a bunch of progs.

I prefer Freeware or Trial,

Man i fell like a newbie, just did direct stream copy (Virtualdub)
of the orginal.

5 pass output of XviD? XviD sooo doesn't need 5 passes, 2 are fine. That said you should be able to do it if you use ffdshow for encoding.
