    I got an idea the other day, its like taking a frame form a video u want to convert to what ever format but by using photoshop to make it in HQ. is this possible? i was wondering if it works so i can do whatever i want with the frame then the whole video will be in the same quality ? thank you and i hope to read ur posts

    Well if you want to edit the 120,000+ frames of a movie in photoshop, then sure go ahead.

    i don't mean that. is there a filter for virtualdub that can do what i did in photoshop like sharpen or do other stuff then do it to all frames

    First time that you mentioned VirtualDub.

    There are numerous filters for sharpening and other effects. I would suggest AVISynth over VirtualDub though.
