Modify Nero Cover Designer Insert Template for 6-DVD Case?

Is there any way to modify the DVD Insert template in Nero Cover Designer to make a cover insert for the DVD cases that hold 6 discs? The boxes are a bit thicker than standard DVD boxes because the spine is wider, so the Insert label template would have to be a bit wider, i.e., 29cm. Or if not in Nero Cover Designer, is there some other free and easy program that can do this?

I use PhotoShop to make my covers - but it's far from free! If you have Microsoft Word (or any word proc pgm), you can print them using that. Not sure about Microsoft Paint - you can try it. Dunno about free programs - you might want to check downloads.com in the graphics section for something (not trialware).
