    Hello.

I'm trying to convert my widescreen DVD to fullscreen using Sefty's converting guide.

After I rip the files and frameserve it in DVD2AVI, I put the d2v file in the source and it says: File not supported.

What can I do to fix this?

Have you made the D2V File Reader a priority higher than everything else (like priority 2) ?

Have you tried recreating your D2V file ?

    Are you using DVD2AVI 1.76 ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

I made the priority to 2 and it still doesn't work.

I haven't tried re-creating the .d2v file but I will try that now.

    I'm using DVD2AVI Version 1.77.4

    Should I use 1.76 instead?

Ok..I used DGMPGDec instead of DVD2AVI to recreate the .d2v file and it worked perfectly.

Now, I wanna change the aspect ratio of the movie from Widescreen to Fullscreen.

How would I do this in TMPGENC?

NOTE: Please no flaming or explaination about how I will lose 1/3 of the video when converting widescreen to fullscreen. I know this already and dont need to read it again.

    Thanks.
