LS,
When using AutoGK to re-encode an AVI file with XviD, I run into the following error produced by VirtualDubMod just after the second pass started:
"The function SetMode was called on a stream[?] that hasn't been previously initialized with SetSource"
I am using the latest AutoGK beta 2.13b with VirtualDubMod 1.5.4.1 (build 2178)
I used the exact instructions as described in this topic: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=273901
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I am getting exactly the same error code from VirtualDub when running AutoGK 2.17b.
It is weird because I could not even get AutoGK 1.96 to work but was able to convert a bunch of videos to DivX pretty easily with version 2.17 even if it is only beta.
That was until I started to get the same error message from VirtualDub (which is called by AutoGK): "The function SetMode was called on a stream [?] that hasn't been previously initialized with SetSource."
I can no longer convert anything and don't know what's going on. I have noticed that the problem appeared after I had to start VirtualDub by itself in order to try to edit one of my converted DivX files. Maybe opening up VirtualDub screwed up some of the defaults? Help
