How to uninstall ASPI32 from XP

Hi,
I have XP system. It crashes every day several times. I think it happens because I installed aspi32.exe from Adaptec web site. Does anybody know how to uninstall it?
Below is info from Adaptec web site that I found after I installed aspi32:

Filename: aspi32.exe

Description:
ASPI layer version 4.60 (1021), for Windows 9x and Windows NT only. This includes updates to the following files: WINASPI.DLL, WNASPI32.DLL, APIX.VXD, ASPIENUM.VXD, ASPI32.SYS, and WOWPOST.EXE. Simply execute ASPI32.EXE to install/upgrade the ASPI drivers.
Caution:
Do NOT install ASPI32.EXE with Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP, Easy CD Creator 4.x, or with Windows Media Player 7.0. If you have one of these applications (or operating systems), you will be using a different aspi layer that will conflict with the one provided in this file.

Dependencies:
This upgrade requires that either an Adaptec host adapter or an Adaptec version of the ASPI layer be installed on your system.

Do a search through google for an app called "ForceASPI", it as an uninstall/kill option included in it.

Windows XP has a system restore feature. You can restore your PC to exactly the way it was before you installed the wrong ASPI layer.
Click on START and then HELP AND SUPPORT. Under "Pick a Task", you will find a link to the restore utility. I used it just a few days ago after installing WinOnCD 3.8 with EzCD CReator and lost all my CD drives. I restored my system to the restore point of the installation of WinOnCD and it was all fixed.
