Hi,
I am going to Europe and im bringing a few movies with me. Will they work on a PS2?
Also, someone on this forum also said that all European DVD players are both PAL and NTSC. I just want to confirm that.
Last question...would it be a problem if i brought some backups too? I don't know about airport regulations and all that.
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate your help.

first stop would be to GAME,or HMV,and get an action replay or region x disc, that would let you play them on a PAL Euro ps2.
if you dont fancy that, pop off to asda(uk equivalant of walmart) and get one of there multi region pacific dvd players, from about £20.the hacks are on the left of this site under dvd hacks-lol.
they play any region of disc, there are other shops, currys, argos, etc.but asda are well cheap.
***i say UK as i assume it may be here your coming, but if not, then whatever country you go to,check out there supermarkets for cheap multi region dvd players.***
as for backups, just stick them in you hand luggage or whatever and dont say a word.put them in a tub and label it,"wedding day" or "birthday footage" or something.
