How to cut or split RM(vb) file(s)?

Well, this is the question.
There are lots of software on the net which claim that
they can do it (cut rm files) but in fact they first convert it to some
"easier" format like AVI, MPEG and so on, and then do the cut.
I mean, output format is anything but RM !
So, is it possible to cut/split RM files at all?

Sure. rmeditor that comes with helix producer, plus a GUI if you like or I think the GUI version of producer.
