Does anyone know of a way to import animated text (similar to web design using animated GIF files) into MENU screens.
I would like to achieve the word PLAY in a flickering flame effect. Can this be done using DVDLAB pro? I cannot import GIF files into menu screen.
Any help.
Thanks.

You can make an animated background in an NLE (Premiere, Vegas, etc) and use it as your menu background or combine any number of static or animated elements in your NLE to be your background. Then I believe in DVDLab Pro you can make an invisible button and place it over your animation to select your next menu or movie. Your final background needs to be mpeg2.

You can use the built in D-FX to make a flaming PLAY word (or anything else).
