Auto Switching Pal/NTSC programs

Hello, I'm the new guy.
Does anyone know of any programs that will switch the signal from pal to ntsc or vice visa automatically?
I'm using iuVCR for my ps2 with my capture card, every time i go to play a ntsc game i have to switch it over to ntsc and the same for pal if i go back to playing pal games.

there is a swapmagic disk for the ps2 that will switch the signal but you load that disk up before you play the games (it also allows you to play most of the backups you own if you get a flip top)

Got the swap magic discs and Fliptop. But i run alot of games of a harddrive. I'd prefer to have the program i'm using on my pc to switch signals rather then having to use software on the ps2 to do it.
