    I'm working in the Pinnacle Studio 9 software, so far so good !!!

    But when i download their patch for updating to version 9.4.3, everything is going bad.

    I can't capture at all, i can't use their plugins for color correction, because then it goes like slow motion.

    I have uninstalled and installed again, but the problems is still there. I have a brand new Fujitsu Siemens computer, so the problem is not there.

    I have talked with Pinnacle, and they have no more suggestions for me.

    Does anybody have a solution i can use ??

    I've heard that that patch is causing problems with users. I am one of the lucky one I guess.

    Uninstall and remove the pixie folder as well as reg entries. Folder is in Documents and Setting/All Users/Pinnacle. Reinstall and don't update. Did you have access to ALL functions in the past but not after the patch? Did you have full function on HFX or just demos?
    No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
