Converting .mpv & mpa to a stand alone MPEG2 file.

All the things I have used so far VDub and TMPGE convert AVI -> MPEG.

Now I'm working with CCE and doing a 3 pass on my files. but It only saves files as .mpv & .mpa

How do I convert the two file types to an MPEG2 video I can burn using (what I normally use) DVD Movie Maker?

Now multiplex both files to MPEG stream.

Is TMPGE "okay" as far as software is concerned for Multiplexing?

You mentioned DVD. TMPG can not multiplex to a dvd compliant MPEG, but bbMPEG.
For SVCD bbMPEG might be better.
For (X)VCD you can use TMPG as well.

I mentioned DVD (as in ULEAD DVD Movie Maker).

Final output is to SVCD (XSVD) of a TV show.
