DVD Decrypter found no copy protection of this DVD, yet still it estimates to take about 25 minutes to copy all those VOB/IFO/BUP files into the directory of my Hard drive.

Wondering that under this circumstances, can I just copy/paste Video_TS/Audio_TS directory from the DVD directly to my hard drive for further works?

Or is there an other faster way?

You should just be able to copy/paste, since it's unencrypted. As a creature of habit, I still rip since it's more convenient to me to use ISO files, but YMMV. 25 minutes is a long time though - I'd say your DVD-ROM/burner (I don't know which, since you haven't got it listed in your computer details in your profile) is rip-locked. Either way, a hacked firmware and a LiteOn DVD-ROM would be my tools of choice
    If in doubt, Google it.

I see you have a Pentium 3 processor which is probably why it's taking long to rip the files to your hard drive. The time frame you posted is about correct for the processor you have. Also it would depend how fast your dvdrom/dvd burner can rip the files. You could copy and paste to your hard drive but it probably would take the same time as ripping with DECRYPTER.

I always use decryptor anyhow... it doesn't take too long, on others it does.. depends if dvd is scratched... GL
