  1. I have a dvd of a band's gig that a friend filmed and the auido is only only on the left speaker. Is there a semi simple to add audio to the right side?

    extract audio track, if ac3, extract to wav, make wav dual mono, convert back to ac3 (if it was ac3 to begin with), reauthor.. if there is enough room on the disc to support the audio & wav, then you dont need to convert to ac3.

    Not simple Well, relatively not that bad. You would have to extract the audio, run it through a audio editor and clone the one channel to the other, then mux it back into the video and reauthor.

    This is something that needs to be checked before the video is authored in the first place. If you have the original video with stereo, it would be better to use that as otherwise with the above method, you would only have dual mono. Either way, it would probably be easiest to reauthor.

    1.VOBEdit->demux.
    2.If the audio is AC3 use AC3Tool to convert to WAV,if the audio is MP2 use Audacity.
    3.Once in WAV use Audacity to make mono.
    4.Convert to AC3 with ffmpeggui(or leave as LPCM).
    5.Author and burn.
