add srt subtitles to DVD-R

hello everyone,
I have DVD files (vob, bup, ifo) from a DVD movie which is originally in english and has subtitles in swidish. I would like to add, or at least replace the subtitles to hebrew (i have the subtitles files in srt format). is it possible? if it is then how do i do it (and how i make sure it's well synchronized)?
