BENQ DW1620 vs. Lite On

which is better, the BENQ 1620 or the Lite on 1653, 1673, or 1693???

i can tell you that the LG 1620 is a benq 1620.. aside from that i dont know much about the liteon's.. but i've heard a lot of good things about the 1620.. i just purchased another one yesterday for $43

LG 1620? I checked the LG website and there is no model by that name.

My personal preference:

1: BenQ 1620
2: Liteon 1693
3: Liteon 1673 (@1693)
4: Liteon 1653

The Liteon 1693 is a nice comeback effort by Liteon...but the LG and the Benq are still better burners.

Go with the Lite-On's newest model version.I've had trouble with Ben-Q,had to trash it.Not to say that all Ben-Q writers are faulty but mine was and its put me off that brand.
