Help fixing mp3 file

Hi

I need help fixing MP3 audio file. The last 20 seconds of the file the music starts slowing down , it's sounds like when you had bad tape in the tape player. Is there anyway to fix it.

If it just changes speed to another speed, you can use something like audacity to edit the portion with different speed. If the tempo/pitch change varies over the 20 seconds, I don't know what you can do.
