DVDFab Decrypter Question

Hi all, I have previously been using the following to do backups:

DVD Shrink (to shrink to hd)
ImgTool (to create iso)
DVD Decrypter (to burn to DVD)

Now having problems with protection errors in DVD Shrink.

Question: If I use DVDFab, to decrypt to hard drive, can I then put the files into shrink to reduce to fit on a 4.7GB disc? How do I do this?

Question: Are there any guides for DVDFab Decrypter, I find it difficult to follow.

It's basically the same as using DVD DECRYPTER. All you need to do is guide DVD SHRINK to open up the files that you've ripped from DVDFAB. In other words instead of using the OPEN DISC in DVD SHRINK, you'll use OPEN FILES. Click on the VIDEO_TS folder that has the files you got from ripping in DVDFAB.

why are you using ImgTool to creat iso?
dvd shrink can output in iso.
