    1. I did rip the movie with Smartripper...

    3. Now im about to encode the movie with TMPGEnc...

    BUT....

I live in sweden and over here it is PAL, not NTSC, and i want to be able to get "real" widescreen.
So what should i do to get that ?

    One more question.......

  3. You didn't say what program you are using but I'll assume TMPGenc. You also didn't say what template you are using, but I'll assume VCD_PAL.

Load the VCD_PAL template, load your D2V and wav source files. Click on settings:

Then click advance. Video arrange method: full screen keep aspect ratio, 16:9 625line PAL. (might want to make sure that it's also 16:9 under the main/source tab)

Encode. You can make a short test using the source range option to double check before encoding the whole MPEG.

  4. Yeah thanks....

I use TMPGEnc, and i trying to use the VCD Layer...

I can do everything but the last thing you said....
that i should make sure that itīs also 16:9 in the Main/Source.

If thats in the "Settings" "Video" then "Aspect Ratio"
then there is my problem.....I canīt change that value.
And it stands on 4:3 even cause i did copy a 16:6 Movie ???

I donīt really get that, but if you can help me a little more I might solve the problem...

    Thanks
