I have been getting some AVI files and converting them to VCDs and watching them on my phillips dvd player(join the crowd right!)
Some of the newer movies have had this red-pink color to them that slowly gets worse and worse, then goes away, and repeats itself over and over...i can still see everything fine...but i was wondering if any filters or anything will repair this?
Another question on SOUND...How can i reduce the raspy ness of the movies...its real trebley...
Thanks guys!
Ross

Those are encoded in DivX 3.11 and played with DivX4.11, just re-install DivX 3.11 and it should go away (also remove the angelpotion codec if you have it)

Well...would this cause the vcd to do this as well? I convert the avi to mpg, then burn it...the whole time having that reddish-pink coloration..
Thanks
Ross
(you know a good place to get a good codec?)
