DVD Decrypter was unable to crack the CSS for this movie. Has anyone had any luck? or seen other movies with the same problem.
The funny thing is that the movie is not encrypted. DVD Shrink seems to work however.

You simply have acase where that particular disc simply will not rip! Dirt scratches, even invisible ones will somtimes cause a ripper not to rip. Does it play? on your pc? If it is not CSS encrypter than why in the world are you using a "ripper" to rip it? Just copy it directly it it to the HD as if it was data. If it does not copy then it is the disc.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
