Has anybody else had this problem?

I could originally use TMPGEnc to convert tivofiles.

I still can actually. But now for all ther ones after a certain date,
I get no sound in the MPEG file?

Anything I can do about this?

So I tried to do the audio separately with Goldwave.....

I get sound but it's all out of sync.....
