Alright guys, I am back and with another problem. Ok I have encoded my avi file selecting NTSC while encoding. Now I am to Nero, and when I go to File>New, and select VideoCD and have the NTSC selected. Now when I hit "NEW" to take me to the next step, it keeps giving me an error saying:
C:\Windows\Desktop\CDI\CDI_VCD.APP The system cannot find the path specified
What the hell does that mean???? I thought I was going to actually get to burn this thing today!!! : ( Please help me?? What does it need me to do now?

Looks like the template nero uses cannot be found. Try reinstalling nero. It appears to me that nero is trying to access the vcd template from your desktop. I'm not sure why. Anyone else have suggestions???

I would re-install Nero. Looks like your original Install was to C:\windows\desktop\CDI
Install to directory C:\program files\nero (default) -
Or try a different burning program. VCDeasy is a good choice (it's free) http://www.doom9.org It's a GUI for VCDImager and CDRDAO.
