    I have one more question. Compressing the dual layer DVD into a single 4.7GB disc may lose video quality. Can you provide guidance how to split the dual layer DVD movie into two 4.7GB discs? Thanks.

    DVDFab 0.17.1 can split to 2 discs
    IFOEdit can also split to 2 discs.

    I can't provide guidance, because I've never done it. But the Guides Section is well known for his vast amounts of knowledge on all things DVD, and if the guides section can't provide guidance .... well ....

    It can be done with DVDshrink, as recommend already check out the guides for further info.
