Outlook 2003 running on Windows XP. When printing ascii emails, all is well. When printing HTML emails it is like the margins have been set 25% of the way in all the way around the page. The email prints in a small section in the centre. It is not scaling however, as the font remains the correct size, so the email squeezes into a small space and therefore prints over many pages.
I have checked the printer driver and setup, the page setup in Outlook, and I have done a repair of the office installation.
Changing email clients is not an option as Outlook is the corporate standard.
Any ideas ?
Cheers
