First, my equipment...I have a standalone Ilo DVDR05 recorder, and I'm recording from a JVC VCR. I'm using basic RCA cable hookup, not SVHS cable.
I have a lot of older sports video footage, baseball, hockey, wrestling, that I'm converting. Heavy movement stuff. And my DVDs are coming out jumpy in spots. Not the whole picture, just certain elements during heavy movement scenes...in other words it's not a full screen jerk, just like a guy will be here...then there, like it skipped a couple frames of video.
Anyone ever experienced this? Any easy solutions? Is it the recorder? I'd truly appreciate any help/advice.
