I have video that just isn't meant to be blown up to the full size of my TV but I can't figure out how to burn the files to DVD and make it appear smaller. Anyone know?

    Huh?
    Is this an overscan issue?

Or you want the video to only occupy maybe 50% of the set?

    Add black borders.

Use borders to keep it at it's native resolution within a full frame - tmpgenc has a setting to do this pretty easily - I just can't remember which one.
