A friend of mine recently recorded the birthing of thier child with a sony mini dvd Handycam camcorder, using sony dvd-r mini discs. They watch a little bit at the hospital (it worked fine) and when they get home they tried to watch it and none of the discs worked at all.
Ive tried to rip the discs with dvd decrypter and other various softwares, and no luck. Windows wont reconize anything on the disc either. It wont play on the camcorder either. It worked at one time and I have no idea what they did. As far as I know its screwed. such a shame. The discs look as if there is data burned on them.
If at all possible is there anything that I can do to possibly save these discs?
thanks...
