Eventhough the VirtualDubMod can open vob files, it seems it can't serve the audio of those vob files, through the *.vdr files ones, to any encoder..

So demux the audio, or extract to WAV, then use that ???
... or try virtualdub-MPEG2 ?
What audio is in your VOBs ?
What audio do you want to end up with ?If in doubt, Google it. -
Ok, but I wish we would not have to waste our time doing this.
And I guess that the virtualdub-mpeg2 can't open vob files. -

Virtualdub mod with MPEG2(SVCD, DVD, VOB) import support.
... and I'm only assuming that your first post here was a question, and not just a comment ?If in doubt, Google it. -
