  1. when I authored a movie it came out in 2 separted files, quicktime & wav but I dont know how to add the sound to burn it?

    Go to the Nero website for instructions or there should be a help file in the program.

    Nero is fine for just burning, but for creating DVDs, there are much better programs. If you look to the 'Guides' to the left, there are many methods.

    I mostly use TMPGEnc encoder and TMPGEnc DVD Author for DVD creation. There are plenty of other programs, most all better than Nero for DVD creation.

    I don't know about the quicktime file you mentioned, that would not be DVD compatible. You need MPEG-2 video and compatible audio, usually either MPEG-1 Layer2 or AC3. You can use PCM (WAV), but it will take up way too much space. Look at 'What is DVD' to the left for DVD specifications.
